  7. I made my avatar from Yahoo. I think I made myself an alias just to make the avatar. Then I did a screen capture and made a jpg and keep it on my hard drive. I have one I made which I use on Facebook and twitter (hint, hint) which I made with Mr Picassohead www.mrpicassohead.com

I like the one you made too! Where is that from? I think I have one like that too (I went through a crazy avatar-making phase a while back)

  8. Yes, but I have been celebrating TLAP day for years. Only because I got the connection between TLAP day and a friend's birthday and bug him about it every year. And also, it is the day after my birthday, so it is notable. Also, YTV had much pirate-themed programming which my kids had on all day.

  9. see? how awesome is this? we can have comment chats.

i am too stupid to figure out yahoo avatars, even though they have lots more fun stuff to play with than the avatar site i used.

also, i am too stupid to figure out twitter. do i need to be ON twitter to follow you on twitter? i'm just going to add your twitter to my favorites file on IE. yeah, i'm still using IE. it's like i never heard of firefox before. yeah, i'm still using a PC too. it's like i never heard of mac before.

maybe all of this outdated-ness is why i'm too stupid to use yahoo avatars or twitter.

  10. It IS awesome, but if part of the purpose of this is to let me know when you reply, I don't get nuttin.

Also, if you're looking for comments ON this comment system, it's kind of annoying that I have to go through several steps to sign in, where the blogger comment platform (usually) just remembered me, presumably with cookies. But that is the extent of my nerdiness, and I don't know why they would call them "cookies". Presumably to highlight that nerds can't get dates.

I'm still on IE. Don't tell my computer nerd friends, although they can probably tell with all their "aps". They're probably following my comment trail and are going to slow my pc down as punishment. Hi nerd-friends! you know I say this all with love, don't you?

  11. So this time, I open it up and I'm all logged in. Make a liar out of me. It's the nerds, I tells ya. So I'll use this opportunity to tell you all about Twitter. But I wrote a post about it instead.

  12. you didn't publish said post? or you were just yanking my chain? or did you tweet your post 140 characters at a time?

i installed firefox; it is quite nice, and it imported all of my bookmarks, history, etc. the best part EVER: it fixed the glitch i was having in IE that would not allow me to comment on anything in facebook.
